We are an independent Will writing firm that specialises in writing bespoke Wills  across the market place in terms of the types of Wills that are available.  We are based in North London but operate across London and the Home Counties and can visit you either at your place of work if the appointment is during the working day or of an evening if we are meeting you at your home, and for most of our clients are able to offer a fixed price service.   Although we have a presence in directories such as the Yellow Pages and Thomsons Local our work is primarily sourced by referral from other professional advisors and in particular financial advisors, mortgage brokers, accountants and solicitors and word of mouth from existing clients.  We are members of STEP and the Society of Will Writers and are in the throes of joining The Institute of Professional Will Writers.

 Our service centers on providing our clients with the information they need to make the most appropriate decisions for them regarding guardians, executors and the distribution of their estate, ownership of property and business partnership.  We also advice on the use of trust arrangements within Wills to provide a range of benefits (as an alternative to simple absolute gifts)  which include inheritance tax mitigation, post death tax planning, anticipating the changing circumstances of our families, including future generations and protecting wealth from the many perils of modern life.

Alongside Wills, we also prepare Living Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney for our clients.

Once you have your Will in place you also need to consider where best to keep the documents and how best to keep it up to date to meet your needs as circumstances change.  To do this we also provide our clients with a Storage a Review service which provides secure document storage and discounted Will review.
